Budget not boutique is the word. Cosy without being snooty. Reasonable prices and all around a good deal, although you can see from the comments that service is spotty. To be fair, it is only $25 bucks and so near slimy-slimy Nana Plaza? (Of course, if that's what you came for, this is super neaby...)
